Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

I will say two things about the store on 434 in Altamonte Springs. 1- The food is great and I like the various pizzas you can order. My favorite is the Marco's specialty pizza called a Deluxe Uno. I also like the meatball/sausage sub. 2- Never expect a quick delivery during lunch hour. Get your order in BEFORE noon! I would place it at 11:30am. They get swamped and it can often take 45 minutes to get your order. Over all I love their food and all at a good price. I've never had bad food from them and I will continue to order from them.

I just wanted to congratulate Patricia ( the store manager) for a great idea for Sabal Point Elementary School. She had the brilliant idea of allowing the children to decorate their own boxes and when you orderded the pizza you got it in your own box!! What a great incentive for the children and for the parents to order the pizza so we got to see our kids' decorated boxes !! Amazing work!! Good pizza too!!

Tried Marco's for the first time last night and decided to add a review since there weren't many there yet. In short this is very good mainstream chain pizza. It is absolutely not authentic Italian, as their tagline says. But I'm mostly giving them a pass on this because I doubt anyone that cares about authentic Italian food is going to believe that a chain in the US carries it. The "classic" crust is medium thickness and reasonably good. Not overflowing with flavor but the crispy/chewy aspects of what I like to see in a pizza are there. The cheese is ample and of reasonable quality. Both my wife and I commented on this. The pepperoni was fine (it's all we had) but not quite cooked enough on top despite checking the "cook well done" box on the web order form. The sauce is the weak spot -- a bit too Dominoes-y for me but servicable. I won't eat Dominoes unless I have to but I'd order Marco's again if I had a coupon. Which brings me to my main gripe... The web order system is a disaster. I had to re-start my order twice after signing up (using FB) and even after entering my coupon code which lit up a bold-face banner in my cart, did not apply on final order. I was caught by surprise when the driver arrived and my large one-topping-on-half pizza was $18 and they're advertising 9.99 specials all over the place. Further, their customer feedback survey crashed and I was unable to submit it. No customer service phone number apparent either. Grrr. So in summary, the pizza is 4 stars, not more (for a 5-star complete experience, go to Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza). The overall experience is 2, maybe 3. To be fair, the driver was courteous and the pizza was hot when it arrived and that's worth something. I'll call the order in next time.

what a disaster! I place an order wait 15mins go back inside and they gave my pizza to some one else!!!!! now outside again to wait for another pizza. Then I get a salad and asked for blue cheese dressing. in the bag......EVERY dressing BUT blue cheese. NEVER AGAIN!

So this will be my last time choosing marcos pizza in Altamonte. First off as I went into the store I saw one of the employees making a pizza wearing no gloves and tossing cheese on a pizza, so I was immediately turned off. Furthermore; the phone was ringing and the employees were getting heated with each other about who was going answering the phone. my girlfriend and I were planing a pizza and a movie date night, and was excited for our white cheezy pizza with Spanish, mushrooms, and garlic crust. What I got was no Spanish, garlic crust, and there were onions with mushroom. The pizza was cold. I was disappointed from start to finish. This location has been hit or miss for me in the past, but this is the nail in the coffin. With so many pizza options marcos will not be missed.

Despite a couple negative reviews I decided to try it out because I really wanted a salad!... The salad ended up being really good and fresh (even at 10pm fri night). We also got the Italian sub which was really good and the cheesy bread which was average. They told us they would deliver it but it would be an hour, so to our surprise it only took them thirty min or so to get here. Driver was very friendly. Only bad thing I had ordered two sides of pizza sauce and they sent garlic sauce instead :(
